If you would have told me a decade ago that I’d be writing about style & beauty, I’d have thought you were joking. I gravitated towards bulky, oversized, mostly unisex clothes and refused to refer to a bag as a purse. I didn’t really wear makeup and essentially avoided any fashion associated with femininity.
With my own sort of unintentional glow-up, I began to embrace that femininity as I grew into adulthood. Nowadays, I feel naked without a good lipstick and would love little more than to wear vintage swing dresses every day. I adore Tiffany & Co, have a dedicated skincare routine, and scour my favourite films and shows for fashion inspiration.
