Our free printable October Slide chronic illness journal lets you track your meals, medications, and more, so you can get a better understanding of how your illness affects your day-to-day life as autumn progresses.
The journal includes pages for each of October’s 31 days, as well as pages to jot down the low-spoon meal options you have on-hand. Each daily page includes space for meals and snacks, the night’s sleep, any movement you manage, your daily meds, and any symptoms you’re experiencing. There’s also a blank space for additional notes, such as reminders to contact your doctor or a note of gratitude for a low-pain day. 
Meal prep pages start with a large space for a photo of the food in question. Feel free to use this for a note of where you’ve stored it in the fridge or cabinet instead! There’s also space to jot down the name of this dish, the date you’re planning to eat it, and any notes you don’t want to forget (brain fog is all too real!).
The journal is designed to be printed out and filled in by hand, but you can also enter your information into a digital version if you prefer. Print the PDF or upload it to your favourite digital planning app to track your own October slide and add to your chronic illness toolkit.
